Specifications

Expand your product line with SIP Foundary's premium 11oz Sublimation Mug 24-Piece Specialty Case. Factory-direct from our own specialized manufacturing facility and shipped from our Richardson, Texas hub, this bulk case features vibrant white and heat-activated magic color-changing blanks with industrial poly coatings. Every mug includes an individual white gift box.

Why Upgrade to Our 24-Piece Specialty Case?

  • High-Margin Magic Options: Stand out in a crowded market. This mid-sized 24-pack case focuses directly on classic White blanks and high-revenue special effects like Color-Changing Black and our 3 Color-Changing Mixed bundles.
  • Dynamic Heat Activation: The premium color-changing coating appears as a sleek dark finish when cold, completely hiding the artwork. When hot liquids are added, it transitions to reveal the vibrant sublimation design.
  • Elite Uniform Heating: Crafted from lead-free, premium AAA-grade ceramic at our own specialized manufacturing facility, ensuring balanced wall thickness to eliminate cold spots during the heat press cycle.
  • Fulfillment-Ready Packaging: Every blank mug comes safely enclosed in its own individual white gift box, saving your studio repackaging time and lowering transit breakage rates.
  • On-Demand Texas Shipping: Benefit from reliable domestic logistics. Enjoy same-day dispatch from our Richardson distribution hub on orders placed before 2 PM CT, with LTL freight options available.

Professional Sublimation Guidelines

  1. Secure Wrap: Secure your high-release transfer wrap tightly to the specialty ceramic body using heavy-duty heat tape to eliminate gaps on the heat-sensitive coating.
  2. Press Settings: Set your professional mug press to 400°F (204°C) and apply medium-to-firm pressure for exactly 180 seconds (3 minutes).
  3. Cooling Cycle: Remove promptly and allow the ceramic to air-cool completely on a heat-resistant surface before peeling the transfer to lock in the absolute highest gloss and color sharpness.
