Professional Sublimation Guidelines

  1. Secure Wrap: Secure your high-release sublimation transfer wrap tightly to the ceramic body using heavy-duty heat tape to eliminate micro-gaps and prevent shifting.
  2. Press Settings: Set your professional mug press to 400°F (204°C) and apply medium-to-firm pressure for exactly 180 seconds (3 minutes).
  3. Cooling Cycle: Remove promptly and allow the ceramic to air-cool completely on a heat-resistant surface before peeling the transfer to lock in maximum gloss and color sharpness.
