Professional Sublimation Guidelines

  1. Secure Wrap: Print on high-release sublimation paper. Secure the wrap tightly to the AAA-grade ceramic body using heavy-duty heat tape to eliminate cold spots or edge blurring.
  2. Press Settings: Set your professional mug press to 400°F (204°C) and apply medium pressure for exactly 180 seconds.
  3. Cooling Cycle: Remove the mug promptly and let the ceramic air-cool fully on a heat-resistant surface before peeling the transfer wrap to preserve permanent color depth.
